Here's a general opinion from an end user and reseller of these phones. I'm not gonna go into great deail, I'll just list the positives and negatives. These in my opinion are the biggest factors in choosing the phone, or not choosing it.

Positive
- It's super thin, looks great.
- Plays Mp3's.
- Great sound for such little speakers.
- Video + Camera and easy connectivity

Negative
- LCD display can crack easily
- #1 complaint is horrible battery capacity. No kidding folks, this will be an issue that bugs you.
- #2 complaint reduced reception performance. I did not notice this myself though.
- Slow accessory entrance. Hard to find stereo out adapter.
Because the mic is the first stripe on the jack, if you plug regular headphones into this, or a regular stereo cord, it will not output correctly. 3/32 submini plugs with 3 stripes (4 conductor one being for mic, two for sound, and one ground) are virtually impossible to find.
