Someone named Samson Denise sent me a second chance offer for a litespeed mountain bike I bid on. I agreed to send money by western union and he claims that he didn't recieve the payment.  I am out $1300 and I don;t think there is anything I can do.  The email I got looked like real ebay correspondence but the seller is not a registered ebay user.  I feel stupid.
