So, you find the perfect vintage paper item.  Its absolutely perfect, in minty condition.  The only problem, someone has glued a price sticker on it.  ARGH.  Or even worse, they TAPED a price sticker on it.

Well, never fear!  There is a really easy way to clean that glue and sticker right off, with no harm to the paper or even any evidence that it was ever there!

Soak the label or tape with lighter fluid.  The glue will loosen and you can pull it right off.  Wipe away and glue residue,  and you are done!  The lighter fluid will drive and leave no trace it was ever there.  The only exception to this is really old tape that has been in place a long time.  This will come off, but will sometimes leave a mark where it was.
