When dealing with jsut starting out, A few good guidelines for bidding include:
Watching well-know but not overload sellers, people with feedback between 20-1000. These sellers will focus on your sale and make sure you receive your item promptly and safely.
Over 1000 and you could easily get lost in the mix. Less and you will often deal with inexperienced sellers, but this is not Always true, but a good point for newer bidders.
Common sense will offer the idea that you should steer clear of sellers with alot of negative feedback.
For electronics always try to have it set from your location, your coast or your region. Oversea shipping is much more difficult and will take along time.
Good luck bidding!
