I purchased a refurbished Saeco Italia and it only lasted a little over 6 months. Of course the warranty was good for only 6 months.  My place of employment also purchased a new Saeco Italia and it lasted only couple of years.  They called the Saeco and it turns out that this brand is not a good choice as many goes into refurbishing and then are sold.  BE WARE.
