This is my newest favorite recipe. It was given me by my Mother-in-Law's dear
sweet elderly friend after I sampled her rendering a few months back. I've baked
a couple for just Hubby and me, family will get to taste come Thanksgiving :) It's
really scrumptious & easy, here goes:
SWEET CORN CASSEROLE
3 cans whole kernal corn- drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
pinch salt
dash pepper
- topping
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Lightly mix corn, soup, sour cream, onions, s&p in bowl.
Spread evenly in sprayed or greased medium casserole or
9x9 baking dish. Top with crackers, pour butter over all.
Cook in pre-heated 350 degree oven 30-35 minutes or til done.
