On Oct 28, 2008 I won a SVP HDDV2300 digital camera. I was so happy that I won a "so I thought quality" camera. It arrived in a nice wrapped up plastic and cardboard box-- impressed me. I started using it and picture quality was not good at all, pictures were cloudy, fuzzy, washed out colors. Video huh well noise from the background and unable to "digital zoom" and washed out colors too. Where does the 11mp and 12mp come into effect. Pictures magnified on the computer looked fuzzy and did not see any "interpolation". The pictures looked worse Now im striving to get all my money back as i feel i should not have to pay the shipping. I paid return shipping to send them back their unimpressive product. Save yourself some trouble and buy stuff like this locally at least you dont have to pay restocking fees and shipping and handling. And YES run a google search on the products reviews first. DUH
Updated: I received my inital money back what I originaly paid for it . I had trouble contacting seller and with Paypal they insisted i take restocking fees and receive a 1/3 of what i paid for it. But i complained and held out. I bought locally a Aiptek Hd instead ,way happier now takes nice pictures and HD 720 video cool.
