This heater produces the same amount of heat as any other 1500 watt heater. 1500 watts of heat is 1500 watts of heat! Period. It doesn't matter what the 1500-watt device is, you'll get the same amount of heat out of it, whether it's this or any other 1500-watt electric heater, (100) 15-watt light bulbs, (15) 100-watt light bulbs, a 1500-watt hair dryer, a 1000-watt coffee maker and a 500-watt washing machine, (4) 375-watt TV sets, or any other combination of devices you can think of that add up to 1500 watts. It's a law of physics. To put it another way: 1 kilowatt hour of electricity produces 3412 Btu's of heat. This heater, or any other 1500-watt device, or any combination of devices that total 1500 watts, would use 1.5 kwh of energy per hour. 1.5 X 3412=5118 Btu's. Thus, any 1500 watt device, or combination of devices totaling 1500 watts, would produce 5118 Btu's if run for an hour. Anyone who can come up with a way to get more heat than that out of a watt or kilowatt would be richer than Bill Gates.
