The purpose of this guide is to explain to collectors that I do not just buy dolls on ebay and then relist them in my ebay store.  That would be kind of boring and profit is not my main interest.  I do enjoy, however, taking a doll even a new doll and bringing her up to the quality she was in the 80's. 

After being stored for over 20 years, many Blow Kiss Dolls have defects acquired while being stored and what I enjoy doing is turning that doll into the beauty she was supposed to be.  You will notice that I have many dolls without boxes that I call new and they are and many arrived in boxes but being a new doll is not the only criteria these dolls have to have to get back into the Blow Kiss box.   They have to be "perfect" and "new" and look it.  Many dolls get a film on their vinyl bodies and vinyl detoriation syndrome which causes spots to develop and those dolls just do not get sold in a box.  Many blow kiss dolls arrived with clothing that needs new elastic and that has gotten soiled just from being in a box.  Sometimes the plastic glue comes loose on the box allowing dust to gain access to the box and soil the entire doll.   This guide is being written to let you know that you will never buy a doll from our store or on auction that will be anything but pristine.  Even our regular dolls without boxes are perfect; but if we find that we have to sell some that are not...a notation will be made in the title like 98% mint.

We also guarantee everything we sell to live up to the description we have given or a full refund will be given with shipping both ways covered, so we are very serious about selling dolls that will only make someone happy.  Actually, there are many dolls that I didn't want to sell because I didn't think they measured up and amazing for me, I got such great feedback on them and I didn't even think I should have listed them.

HERE ARE MY RULES:

1.  Boxed dolls have to be in brand new condition!!!!!

2.  Loose dolls without boxes will be in perfect condition!!!

3.  A notation will be made in the title if the slightest thing is not perfect with a doll; like 98% mint so the buyer will know something is not perfect.

4.  We do not sell dolls that are soiled, have soiled clothing and expecially do not sell dolls with ripped clothing as we don't believe anyone would want them even though I have purchased a lot of them from other sellers.  If a doll isn't in absolute perfect condition, we will try to find room in the title to alert the prospectus buyer like 98% mint or even 98% if room is limited.

5.  We do sell some used blow kiss dolls not many but some that from cleaning might have a bit of fraying on their cloth body and I want everyone to be aware of this.  Most of the blow kiss dolls we sell are brand new but not perfect because defects occur in storage and many you purchase on ebay even those in sealed boxes that the seller calls mint are not.  don't get me wrong, I have been lucky probably about 3% of the time when I have actually purchased a mint blow kiss doll in a sealed box and she was actually mint.  I want my buyers to understand that most of the dolls need work.  Almost every blow kiss doll needs the elastic replaced in the outfit and I replace it when it still looks stretchy but it really doesn't have too much stretch left but in a picture look presentable.  The clothing I sell with the boxed dolls will have at least 15 to 20 years before the elastic is gone again.  Blow Kiss dolls arrive with a greasy film on their vinyl parts and sometimes their hair has to be washed because it is greasy also.  If you never purchased before you might think that everything comes the way I sell them but they do not and hardly ever do they show up the way my dolls will. 

6.  I didn't open this store to sell any items that are not worth selling and have actually given away play dolls that some buyers thought were better than ones they paid for in boxes because many sellers put very bad dolls in boxes, so please beware.  We only sell dolls in boxes that are perfect and original.  Never will we sell a doll in a box with some other doll's shoes.  I would say 99.9% of all of the dolls we have sold were sold with the correct shoes, hat, outfit and pet and if ever because we couldn't find the original shoes, a notation will be in the description like shoes??
