23. DISTRIBUTION September 16th. to 23rd., 2008
24. DISTRIBUTION September 23rd. to 30th., 2008

Though the release date on Tuesday is considered accurate; many stores make these cards available after their respective release period.
It is not uncommon to find cards from several weeks earlier still being distributed in many STARBUCKS locations.
No finite date has been given (as of August 26th., 2008) for the termination of this newest program.
