Though the release date on Tuesday is considered accurate; many stores make these cards available after their respective release period.
It is not uncommon to find cards from several weeks earlier still being distributed in many STARBUCKS locations.
No finite date has been given (as of November 4th., 2009) for the termination of this iTunes program.

THE FOLLOWING CARD is known to exist, though few details are known. Distribution?? time & number of STARBUCKS loactions not known. 
Known Expiration Date printed on back of card: November 28, 2008.
The Hotel Cafe Tour 2008 - Enjoy 4 free downloads from these featured Hotel Cafe Tour Artists:

While this card looks similar to other STARBUCKS PICK OF THE WEEK cards, it has a list of names at the bottom, instead of the usual artist's picture.
The MUSIC downloads for this card expired 11/21/2008. (Thanks ZD for the info!)



These Cards- similar to the regular iTunes PICK OF THE WEEK Cards, appear to have limited regional distribution, within Austin City, Texas, in support of "AUSTIN CITY LIMITS":
