MY SPRINT PHONE WAS GREAT 'TIL IT BROKE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST WOULDN'T HELP. THEN I LEARNED "THE SECRET"

Hello All:

I found out this little known secret from a Sprint overseas employee.

I was incredibly frustrated with Sprint after buying a new phone that broke before the 1 year warranty period. Sprint offered to replace it, but they don't tell customers that they when they replace a defective/broken unit, IT WILL BE WITH A REFURBISHED PHONE! -And IF that phone breaks in a few months (like mine did), well you're out of luck since it doesn't have a 1 year warranty. (They don't tell you that when they begrudgingly offer to replace your broken phone). -Not an honest business practice I may say.

I was really mad because I had to outright buy a new phone until an employee told me how to get better service:

1) When you call and can't get satisfaction, tell Sprint that you want to cancel your Sprint Cell phone service.

2) They will then re-route you to a special USA American Customer Service team that is much more helpful and will treat you right in order not to loose your business.

The difference in service is like Night and day! They will then do a lot to help solve your problem and they will offer free minutes, credits, and/or replacement of phones or replacement at a greater discount than regular customer service can, -to make you happy.

You'll be shocked at the helpfulness of this "other" (American) office. Their English is clear and you can better understand what they are saying. They are also kind and helpful.  Good luck to you and...
