NO MORE PRODUCT WARRANTY WITH SPANX
Sara Blakely, the founder of the well known overpriced bodyshaping pantyhose has established quite a name over the last few years, but is her product all it is cut out to be?

When Spanx first came out, customer service was superb. I remember purchasing quite a few pairs of her hose, but one time received the wrong size in the wrong package. Customer service was quick to replace the product and send me the correct size, but not anymore! Once you purchase these overpriced hose, you're on your own even if there is a manufacturer's defect (which many have).

I have tried many of Sara Blakely's products and have lately found them to not have as good quality as they once had when they first came out.

PINCHING AND ROLLING OUCH!
My last two purchases of the High-falutin' pantyhose rolled around the waist. This made this product impossible to wear, because of the tremendous pinching it would cause when it rolls. Some say that this is due to purchasing too small of a size, but not so - they all do that, no matter how large of a size you purchase.

I have found the No Nonsense Great Shapes Pantyhose with the enhanced control (waffle like) top (that came in the Yellow and Black package)  at $3.97 a pair to hold up 500 times better then the high falutin Spanx pantyhose at $28.00 a pair - at least the No Nonsense doesn't roll, is comfortable when on, has the support leg area, and you could purchase 7 pair of these compare to 1 pair of Ms Blakely's high-falutin that she no longer guarantees.

$48.00 CAMI ROLLS
The cami does the exact same thing. It rolls up when you put it on. If you are looking for a nice smooth sleek look, then the roll from the cami will ruin it and cause embarrassment - unless you try and tuck it in your pantyhose. Maybe if you are a size 4 this may not happen, but if you purchase a size large and up beware; because, you may be in for a disppointment. At $48.00 a piece and with our economy, we just can't afford to give our money to Ms Blakely without her company backing up her products.

RUNNERS AND HOLES IMMEDIATELY
I had also found that the moment I put a pair of Spanx on I get a runner immediately. This runner then results in huge holes quickly. The reason being, is that the leg portion of the pantyhose is NOT reinforced, only the panty is; thefore, if you have cellulite in your thigh area, don't plan on hiding it with these hose. Some of the panties have a longer line thigh area, but the actual leg area is a thin cheap piece of nylon which results in holes immediately.

I am unable to wear these hose more than a few times before I have to dispose of them. At $28.00 a piece, these hose are too expensive to only wear a few times. I am finding that these are being made cheaper now then when they first came out.

A CHEAPER VERSION OF SPANX
Ms Blakely knew that her high end hose would not be affordable to everyone, so she came out with another brand which is supposed to be similar to Spanx. This brand is sold at Target stores and is called Assets. Assets run around $10.00 a pair and up and is available in a capri hose and regular panty as well. These are not even half the quality of Spanx and we could say are the "Blue Light" special of Spanx pantyhose. I still don't feel that Assets are worth the money in comparison to the No Nonsense Great Shapes Figure Shaping System Pantyhose, Enhanced Control Top with longer and more supportive control at $3.97 a pair.

Thumbs down on these overpriced hose and thumbs down on the company's refusal to back their product up.

Oh, you can always take your product back to the store where you purchased them from Spanx says, but if you didn't save the receipt, maybe you can list them on eBay and take a loss. :-(
