As I strive to ensure that the buyer is always happy with their purchase, I've found it useful to always copy and paste gallery photo and posted item description on a personally created "card" and attach to each packing slip with all shipments as a courtesy and to show that I always back up what I am selling so there are no disappointments or surprises to the buyer.  Just a thought.  Regards, COMPAGNIA
