Here is a short Guide to help you deal with unfair low star DSR ratings from buyers:

BLOCK THEM FROM BIDDING AND BUYING IMMEDIATELY 

Do you receive unfair low star ratings from buyers for no reason whatsoever?  If so, do not allow these childish, snotty, unwarranted ratings to change your mood, or affect you in any negative way.  Consider yourself lucky since you can now block these ebay members from ever bidding on, or buying, your items again. 

Nasty unfair low star ratings from angry, hypocritical ebay members are excellent warnings for you to eliminate these members from bidding on, or buying, your items in the future.  Then, hopefully, you will never have to deal with them in any future transactions. 

People who communicate with others by posting unfair low star ratings are unhappy, unfulfilled, cowardly, anger-filled, unbalanced individuals with no class.  Since they are unbalanced people, and do not know how to communicate properly, they enjoy being abusive to others and expressing their dislike for all kinds of arbitrary things.  They sometimes also like to attack (often with foul language) any target they can find, as recreation, since they are so unhappy themselves.  Do not encourage these dimwitted weasels!  Block them!

This is one of the most awful aspects of ebay's DSR system.  Since these twits believe that posting low star ratings are anonymous, this is the perfect venue for angry cowards and crazies to choose to relieve/release their anger the most gutless way possible.  These ratings are NOT anonymous!  Every seller can see detailed results of every buyer's star ratings on their Seller Dashboards. 

These low ratings are abusive.  You cannot stop the twisted individuals from doing this, nor change their minds on any subject, so BLOCK THEM NOW. 

Do Not Feel Vulnerable.

As a seller on ebay, you are, naturally, a target for cowardly complainers and unbalanced individuals.

I empathize with you completely when and if you receive unfair poor star ratings.  Stay positive and do not take these actions by unbalanced ebay members seriously.  Block them immediately!
