To my fellow sellers:

Here is a short Guide to help you deal with antagonistic, obnoxious, nasty emails from people who do not seem to be interested in buying anything from you, but just want to harass you:

You should always report harassing, vitriolic emails to ebay's Trust and Safety Division - which can lead to the member's suspension from ebay. 

Do you receive angry, attacking emails from strangers on ebay who seem to have no intention of buying or bidding on any of your items?  If so, do not allow these childish, snotty, harassing messages to change your mood, or affect you in any negative way.  Consider yourself lucky since you can now block these ebay members from ever bidding on, or buying, your items, just in case.  Nasty emails from angry ebay members are excellent warnings for you to eliminate these members from bidding on, or buying, your items in the future.  Then, hopefully, you will never have to deal with them in any transactions. 

However, they may continue to bother you with annoying emails, which you should always report to ebay's Trust and Safety Division - which can lead to their suspension from ebay.

People who communicate with others by lashing out at them anonymously are unhappy, unfulfilled, cowardly, anger-filled, unbalanced individuals with lots of time on their hands.  Since they seem to know of no way to constructively use their time, or know how to communicate properly, they enjoy writing abusive emails to others expressing their dislike for all kinds of arbitrary things.  They like to attack (often with foul language) any target they can find, as recreation, since they are so unhappy themselves.  What they want most is for you to answer them and continue their ridiculous tirade - so - do not answer these harassing emails.  Do not encourage these dimwitted weasels!

This is one of the most awful aspects of email and ebay's message system.  Anonymous email/messaging is the perfect venue for angry cowards and crazies who are unhappy, often too frightened to confront people in person and/or improve their lives, and, therefore, choose to relieve/release their anger the most gutless way possible. 

These antagonistic emails are abusive.  You cannot stop the twisted individuals from sending them, nor change their minds on any subject, so report them to ebay immediately and > DO NOT RESPOND. 

Do Not Write Back.

Do Not Feel Vulnerable.

Report all harassing emails to ebay's Trust and Safety Division.

As a seller on ebay, you are, naturally, a target for cowardly complainers and unbalanced individuals.

I empathize with you completely when and if you receive offensive emails.  Stay positive and do not take "out of the blue" ridiculous attacks from unbalanced ebay members seriously.  Report them immediately!
