Im writing this in hopes to educate everyone about the postal system, I recently sent a package to an APO- military address well for starters this can take up to 3-4 weeks to be delivered, I added tracking like I do on all items leaving my house, bidder wanted ins. which I added. The package was scanned at my PO and scanned when it left the PO in Ca., now there isnt anymore activity after that. I told bidder I would do a tracer from this end (which takes time) and also a claim on the ins. (which takes more time) and asked if she would start tracking from her end. In a very rude email I received I was told she never had to wait this long and she was going to start a dispute with paypal. I took this straight to the PO and filled out the papers and made sure it was on its way. My job was done right, I made sure everything was in order :)

Now this is the part both sellers and bidders need to know:

We as sellers cannot control the mail service, its slow and some carriers are careless, That why I always add delivery confirmation, its easy to track and as the seller you know when it reaches the bidders hands. And as long as you have the tracking number and shows its been sent off and out of your hands a dispute is a waste of time.

Bidder's need to realize that if you want it over night, its very costly but will send it that way if you as the bidder want to pay for the cost, sellers try to get items to you without the high cost's. And if you are APO-Military this can take extra time. If there is a problem in the time frame and you think its been to long, contact the seller and asked when it was shipped, most sellers dont wait a week till items are shipped and out the door and will be happy to give the info needed to either help find your package or ease your mind that you were not forgotten. 99% of the sellers on ebay will go the extra mile to help out as long as you, the bidder, is willing to work with us, Rude emails and threats wont get action just a reaction. So please just remember we are not magical and cant zap items to you.

Just to let you know as a buyer I dont always get items in a hurry either, Right now im still waiting on items from 2 new sellers and its been 2 weeks, both said they shipped but 1 did wait over a week because she wanted to ship another package out that ended a week after mine was paid for, and the other gave the wrong tracking number so who knows where that is lol.

My motto is BE NICE TO YOUR SELLER, THEY WILL BE NICE TO YOU. And who knows they may have another item you cant live without in the future.
