Don't send an item that was purchased through paypal without delivery confirmation of some sort. I use Paypal's Shipping Center to send out all of my stuff. I am able to pay for UPS or USPS lables throught paypal. These labels are printed out, affixed to packages and sent out. The tracking number is stored in your paypal account. Delivery confirmation is only .18 and is mandatory with paypal. If you get a paypal payment and decide to mail out an item with your own stamps or from the post office without tracking, the buyer, who can be fraudulent, get the item but claim they didn't, file a claim with paypal and they will win if you can't provide proof of delivery no matter how much dirt you have on them. There are people out there that buy things, get them, see there is no tracking and file a claim and sadly they win? Always use some sort of tracking confirmation!
