My son took out a loan to buy a car and two mixing turntables.  The guy in London originally had the item listed on eBay but after consultation with my son the "seller" decided to sell it off eBay but assured that my son that everything would be OK because he was a
Square Trader.  This all looked legit at the time but in fact the scammer had cut and pasted all the square trade stuff into another web page.  My son handed over $2,200 AUS (via Western Union).  Had he deposited the money into my PayPal account and insisted on paying in this manner, this would never have happened.  The guy probably picks his prey.  He never saw the goods or heard from the dude again.  My son is a struggling 19 year old and this hurt him greatly as he is now paying of a loan for something he has never received.  Be VERY careful
