How many workers are scratching their head, hair that has not been washed in months, then handle your food or cup your coffee goes in.How many are wearing long unsanitary fingernails while handling your food, no glove- nails would punch holes in teh gloves. and you cant sterilize the artificial nails, or they would come off- ( in your soup?) to protect from samanilla and ecoli, food need to be cooked and kept hot until you consume the food so, bacteria wont start to grow. Never prepare salad makings on an unsterilized surface- especially if you have just cut, or prepared raw meat on the counter or cutting board, always sterilze the knife you use between meats and fresh vegetables.
I was in waffle house one night, and a waitress came in, took off her sweater and laid it on a rack of dishes taht was clean waiting to be put up- Where had taht sweater been, does she have a pet at home,? sick child? We can never be too careful with other peoples food . and yes, Idid call over the asst. mgr. and told him what she did with her sweater. She was wanting to eat before going on duty, so she just threw that sweater under the counter.Dont get me wrong, I like to eat at Waffle House.You can see their cooks, and their counters.

For dishes, a good clorox rinse in ratio of 1 to ten will kill germs and bacteria, We dont all have a dish washer that has hot enough temps to sterilize dishes.
Wash your hands often, and in between handling raw meat and fesh vegetables, When you go to teh bath room. For soap to kill gerns on your hands you must lather them for 10 seconds before rinsing them, Then use a clean towel, a dirty towel is the same as not washing them.The same goes for dishes. CLEAN IS SAFE- DIRTY IS DEADLY.
