With the advent of the internet, shopping has become so much more convenient and also more fun. You can shop when and where you want, and in your pajamas if you want.  When I began buying embroidery designs over 15 years ago, they were extremely expensive and I often only wanted a couple of designs from a large group, and had to pay the large price for them. Now hobby embroiderers and small business embroiderers alike have a wonderful opportunity to purchase quality digitized designs on ebay, for very reasonable prices, from some very talented embroidery digitizers who have inspired me to become better at my hobby.

But be careful! Did you know that piracy is a huge problem in the embroidery software industry? Did you know that purchasing illegal designs is punishable by law? As someone who has spent hundreds of hours bringing my designs to the marketplace, I can tell you that if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. No honest digitizer who has worked hard to perfect their designs will sell you thousands for a few bucks. Embroidery designs are protected by copyright laws, and any honest digitizer will have a copyright statement in their auction, because they do not want their designs to be "stolen" and resold illegally.
