Priority shipping is not $4.05 / It is $4.60 and has been for quite some time.

I only charge almost exact shipping cost for the items I sell.

However I dont see why you would care if you won an item for a .01 and the  shipping was $9.99 or you won the same item for $.99 and the shipping was .01 / You still payed $10 for the item you wanted.People are doing this to combat outrageous fees that have shyrocketed.All low dollar items you often lose over 25% of what you made to ebay and payapl fees.

My only gripe is that Paypal only enforces the rules on small sellers.

Their are litterally hundreds of power sellers that still sell everything they have for a penny with shipping of $9.99 to $99.99 / yet if a small sellers does it,the auction will be instantly ended.I was shipping items Priority ($4.60) Ebay Fees (.75) Paypal Fees ($1.00) I was charging / Thats $6.35 / My listed shipping was $6.50 and they canceled every item I listed becuase they said I was Overcharging.

Yet like I said their are hundrends of power sellers that are making $5 to $95 off shipping and I was not allowed to make .15 cents I assume they thought I was getting my tape and Packing supplies for free / When I finally got  to got to talk to  a real person on the phone,the snotty women said if I did not like it I could stop using ebay.

They had a TV special on ebay the other day that said they had over a 1000 empolyees working at all times to take your calls or complaints,yet Live help is often a 20 minute to 2 hour wait and getting someone one the Phone is laughable.
