If you look at the auctions for Runescape 2 Gold, I have noticed that many users are "Pumping" their accounts. Though I do not have proof I find it oddly suspicious that these people are using "Buy It Now" On all their items, and have a feedback score of exactly 10, all from different users either with no feedback and under 30 days old or all accounts that are no longer registered users, also with 0 feedback. Ebay, I hope you can look into this further...
