I ordered a Tank touring 150 www.rabbittscooters.com. Ordered and paid for it in May, received an email stating that they didn't have the Tank in stock but could ship me one that was the same just a different manufacturer, and, for the inconvenience, Brian would upgrade it to a 250 and that I should get it in about 3 weeks. I did some comparisons and decided to take the 250 Roketa that was offered. 3 1/2 weeks and I am finally getting my scooter dropped off...literally nearly dropped off the unloader on the truck! The delivery driver was in a hurry to get e to sign the shipping papers and only opened the cardboard box...it came in a metal frame that was bolted together inside the cardboard box. It was a 150...not a big deal, I paid for a 150. Well, then the gas lines were pinched ( the instruction manuel can be looked up on the internet and is a JOKE!). Got the gas lines unkinked and now the fuel filter leaks..what a pain in the butt! It is now July and I have yet to be able to ride my scooter..I would have had to pay $100 to get the thing towed to an authorized parts dealer or go buy the part from them and they are 35 mins away, and have someone change it our for me..I'm a girl and this has been nothing but trouble for me. Thank goodness I have a a man that is mechanically inclined! Rabbitscooters will not take any responsibility, they are registered with the BBB as well with a "C" rating. I filed a compaint last week and haven't heard anything. BTW, when you contact them through email, expect them to take 3-5 business days to get back to you with a one sentence resolution.
