The choice for broadheads is a personal one for everyone. But after many trials with many types of broadheads, the best there is for me is Rocky Mountain by Barrie Archery. Flight, penetration and extensive wound channels are what we as bowhunters want. With these heads you get a wide variety of these great benefits and more. I shoot the Premiers and have well over 50 bow kills to my credit and when the time comes to release that arrow. These heads make all the difference. Now onto expandables. I do not recommend these at all! If I have had a dollar for every time these have failed from my hunting buddies, I would be able to afford a fully guided Grizzly hunt in Alaska and invite some friends. They just do not do what they are advertised to do. On steep angled or quataring to or away shots, they fail. Fail to penetrate and open
