Buyer be ware!!! I bought a cell phone from ebay, buyer asked for only money orders, I paid over $100.00 I got the cell phone, it was not unlocked as it stated it was. I went through my cell phone carrier to get it unlocked. We could not because the #'s in the phone were from a nokia not a motorola(razor). I contcated the seller, I mailed it back through UPS, I was supposed to get a refund of $90.00. I have a confirmation of reciept and a signature from this company, I called them, they say they never got the phone back and in order to get my money I need to contact UPS and they will pay me back.??? I contacted everyone, no one is doing anything about this seller. I do believe this is how they make their money by ripping off the public and other companies. This has been going on since 02-05-08, and there is no solution. E-bay has done nothing except ask me to withdrawal my negitative comment on this seller (of mostly electroninc items.) out of Pa.
