Returns and Refunds
Our returns policy provides you 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any[i] defective item or item shipped in error.
Exclusions
Our return policy excludes the following products, which for various legal, health and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing:
- refurbished cell phones and new or refurbished cell phone accessories
- undergarments and swimwear
- food and nutritional supplements
- items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use[ii]
- toner cartridges
- opened software
- new home entertainment products from JVC, Panasonic, Philips, Toshiba, or any defective gaming machines[iii]
- any return that is missing the originally shipped components
- any products damaged in shipping[iv]
- any unwanted products
Instructions
Please contact us immediately for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product.
