Nintendo has announced that it plans to re-release a lot of its classics in the form of downloadable content for its new home console system Nintendo Revolution. What does this mean to you? Well the value of certain items may fall drastically. Earthbound for SNES is a prime example. Its a Nintendo owned property and is sure to see the light of day on the virtual console, but right now it sells for sometimes upwards of 100 dollars on ebay. But what is gonna happen when its released for 10 dollars for download the demand will likely go way down. This goes for all retro Nintendo gaming, so buyers and sellers beware, sell now to maximize what you can get or wait and buy it for a far more reasonable price if you must have the physical item. The virtual console will be home to some sega genesis and turbografx 16 games as well as NES, SNES, and N64 games.
Heads Up.
