Possibly the most ill-concieved product in the world! It is almost as if the mask IS DESIGNED to break. The first one and the second one I owned broke the strap attachment when I sneezed! The plastic parts of the mask designed to hold the strap are actually scored at breaking points. What an ingenious design for the manufacturer who I'm sure wants to sell overpriced replacements to consumers. Because of this I will NEVER buy another Respironics product. Bad enough that these people charge an outrageous price for their products, then design their product to fail. Also, they have designed their web-site to allow access only to dealers. Perhaps they grew tired of feilding customer complaints. Stay away from ALL respironics products. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
