Eternity rings cannot be resized.  Because diamonds go all the way around the ring its impossible to resize an eternity band.  However, some jewelers can to polish the inside of the ring and make it large,r but you can never make it smaller. 

Some jewelry stores are selling sizing balls which fit between the finger and ring to make it fit snugger.  This is not recommended specifically for comfort issues.
