Hello, in this guide I will show you the various new reproduction perfume bottles that are unfortunately being passed off as either antiques or vintage. I am sure that I will find many and this guide might be in several parts to showcase as many bottles as I can locate. I will note the manufacturers whenever possible. The perfume bottle shown below is a reproduction of an antique bottle. This new perfume bottle has been made since the early 1990s and manufactured by the company Silvestri. This is their "Sarah" bottle and features a draped nude amongst flowers and is made of pink glass. The original antique bottle is clear glass and has an applied pink patina over very satiny smooth frosted molded designs, the molding is also very crisp, whereas the reproduction is blurry and the frosted areas are very rough looking..

The following perfume bottle is brand new by a company called SIA. On this bottle, the base is copied from Diva by Ungaro, and the stopper is copied from Shalimar by Guerlain to make a new vintage inspired perfume bottle:

The set below has been made since the 1980s in Taiwan and China. Often you will find little gold labels on the base of one of the pieces that say China or Taiwan. This is a new set and is not based on anything vintage. The set comes in several colors such as soft pink, soft blue, soft amethyst, clear and as you see here, black. The pieces are always satin finished.
