Many times Tibetan stamps are offered as reprints.
Please note that are, with one exception, NO official reprints of Tibetan stamps exisits. All stamps offered as reprints are fake.
The mentioned exception are stamps from the 1912 issue which were reprinted in the 1950th, canceled with the Lhasa postmark which is usually found on the 1933 issue. These sheets were taken in the 1950th. by a Tibetan Trade delegation to New York and distributed there as gifts. However, such stamps, usually found in complete sheets are rare.
Please view below images of genuine reprints (better called late prints) of the 2/3 Trangka Value. Scott/Gibbons/Michel No. 5)
