This is a relative easy task,

but finding the access is the main problem.

Under the light on the bottom side of the front bumper are two little doors, secured by two screws.

Remove the screws and the little doors will open downward for access. Be real careful with the doors, for there is no hinges, just the plastic cut out.  Now reach up and you will feel the bulb and socket, remove the bulb and replace with a new one. These are halogen so use the usual caution when handling this type bulb. Attach the plug end on the new bulb, and reinsert into the housing hole.

Be ready to have a few cuts on your hand, because the access hole to for very tiny hands.
