Peppermint- cools body, refresh mind (great for feet) Lavender- tones skin, mental energy. Lemon- clenses body, opens mind. Myrrh- nurtures skin, centers thoughts. Geranium- tones skin, normalizes thoughts. Lemongrass- tones skin and hair, inspires mind.
