There are a number of wonderful natural ways to eliminate odors and leave a fresh scent in their place. Few things will do a better job for a longer time than cedar. Finely ground, red, aromatic cedar is one that will find its way on a dozen beneficial lists.

Some ways to use the tiny chips are for dog bedding, tucked in a laundry hamper, in your vacuum cleaner bag, in tennis shoes and musty basements. Make a pretty pouch to hang in closet, tuck in drawer or on a bed post. Just put a small amount in a tiny gauze bag, tie it up and tuck it in where needed. You will be surprised how effective it will be. Cedar's effectiveness will last for decades. It's not expensive and has dozens of uses.
