Retaliatory feedback is all too common on Ebay. It's nearly impossible it seems to have justice served and not receive negative feedback yourself for doing what you feel is right: leaving negative feedback for a bad experience with a seller/buyer. Now days it's also not uncommon to have someone create an ebay account, buy an item from your store, and then leave you negative feedback feedback for no reason. What is a seller or buyer supposed to do then? If you're a seller, simply contact Ebay to report feedback abuse. Even my own account there was a person who posted negative feedback that was borderline defamatory. I have an ebay account manager, so the best thing for me to do is contact them about it.
