- Supplies:
- 2 Garlic Demi Baguettes (cut horizontal)
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 3 oz. Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
- 3 oz. Genoa Salami, thinly sliced
- 3 oz. Baked Ham, thinly sliced
- 3 oz. Smoked Swiss, thinly sliced
- One 6 oz. jar Marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup Thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup Pitted Kalamata olives, drained and coarsely chopped
- 3 Plum tomatoes, sliced
- Hollow out each baguette half, leaving a 3/4-inch shell.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over each bread shell.
Into the two bottom halves, layer deli meats and Swiss cheese. - Top with artichokes, onion, olives and tomatoes.
- Place remaining bread on top.
- Wrap both loaves tightly with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Unwrap sandwiches for serving and slice into 2-inch slices.
