Grape Sauce Recipe
Use for desserts
- 1/3 cup sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cups grape juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Mix dry ingredients in saucepan, add grape juice and stir until blended.
Cook over direct heat, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice and chill.
Serve - with ice cream, cottage pudding, leftover cake, baked custard, sliced bananas -
1 1/2 Cups
