When buying a reborn ask seller questions, like what materials they used to stuff doll with, what kind of paints they used, how long have they been reborning, references. Check the guild they say they belong to and ask if they are a reputable member, if they stand by their work. Most guilds administraters will tell you about member. They will tell you how long they have belonged to guild and if they have a reputation of doing shoddy work or if they are a good member who stands behind their work. Most administrators know how long this person has been reborning. There are alot of reborners that use guild names and really do not belong to. Look closely at pictures. Good reborners will give you clear and close up pictures. They will send you more pictures if requested. There are alot of women who want to sell the first dolls they reborn. A good reborner will make at least 20 dolls and give to family members and then start selling to friends, then friends of friends before selling on Ebay. Don't be afraid of asking as many questions as you feel like you need to. Good reborners don't mind.
