I don't like this grill for one simple reason;  difficult to clean.  Next time I purchase a grill I'm going to get one that the grill plates come out of and I can wash.  Since you're grilling all the fat and grease off, your food can easily stick to the "non-stick" surface.  Also, gunk and food gets into all the nooks and crannies of the grill.  Overall, it's just more work to use than anything.  I rather grill something up in the frying pan or throw it in the oven.  In addition, the bun warmer on the top broke and so now it flops open when I open the grill up to move my food around.  What a pain!
