This is a copy of the license agreement for Evedom® Download-To-Print graphics. Please read it before you download the art. There are no refunds and the terms and conditions are binding on you. Download-to-Print License By downloading this file, you accept the terms and conditions of the following agreement. MKColling's Evedom® images are licensed, not sold. MKColling retains ownership. The licensing fee you pay for Evedom® Download-to-Print graphics allows personal low-volume print-only and sell rights. The PayPal receipt you received for the payment you made before download could begin is proof that you paid for the rights to use the graphic as specified in this copyright usage license. Low-volume personal use is understood to be the volume an individual artist can accomplish with her/his own two hands on her/his personal desktop printer and by applying the images to hand-crafted products. Print-only means that the Evedom® art you sell must be printed or transferred from a print to a tangible surface. In other words, this license level does not allow you to distribute digital files containing Evedom® art. As long as you do all the production work yourself and put the imagery on a tangible surface, you may sell the wall art and hand-crafted products that feature Evedom® art without paying royalties. You may use the images as they are (with the signature intact and copyright notation intact) and you may alter and incorporate the images into your own compositions for print with or without signature and copyright notice. No other credit is necessary All Evedom® images are registered ©MKColling. You may and should affix your own copyright notice to your prints to cover the original work in your compositions that employ recognizable Evedom® graphics as design elements. Evedom® is a registered trademark of MKColling. MKColling/Evedom® is not liable for legal actions that may arise as a result of your personal and/or business practices. Prohibitions: You may not distribute the original digital files contained in this download packages or any parts or copies of them by digital means. Except as noted below, you may not give, license or sell work containing Evedom® graphics to a third party for subsequent reproduction without express written permission. Obviously you may not use recognizable MKColling/Evedom® imagery in the production or sale of materials that are illegal or x-rated. Your use of the licensed imagery does not constitute a business relationship with MKColling/Evedom®, so you may not use the Evedom® trademark on the prints you make for sale. Exception: You may advertise and sell your prints and hand-crafted products on your personal website as long as the Evedom® graphics are displayed in reduced size and at 72dpi.
