Before you buy a satellite of the internet, make sure the account was in good standing, if not you may have trouble using the system and end up paying more out of pocket expenses. Also make sure your getting eveything you need, if you need the dish and modem etc, then make sure all hookups and cables come with it. Also check the prices and deals on Direcway or HughesNet to see if there are any deals, because even though you get a good deal off a system on Ebay, you still have to pay an installer to install it and it runs $125-$175, so include that in the total and see if that beats any current deals they are offering. And since WildBlue is out...Hughesnet (DirecWay) will probably offer better equipment deals. And at all if you can afford it, it would be best to buy the system outright instead of the $99.99 for 15 months, thats an extra $40 a month for 15 months, totaling $600 which is more than the special they are offering now with $200 in savings. I don't know how long this deal last but they may be competing with WildBlue.
