Beware of unlocked Motorola cell phones, I purchased a phone fron The Auction Store Inc, 6 months ago and 2 months ago the phone started to have a malfunction, after calling The Auction Store Inc, they told me to call Motorola customer service, because the phone was under warranty, well I came to find out that there has no warranty since the phone came from Singapore and Motorola USA, doesn't cover cell phones manufactured in other country, so now I'm stock with a $300 cellphone that doesn't work, and I'm still waiting for a phone call from the sales manager, but basically I'm screwed. I'll contact the BBB and  report it as an internet fraud since they didn't state that the phone doesn't have warranty...

Good luck and be careful, there a lot of people taking advantage and ebay and the federal authorities aren't doing much...
