My daughters and I are on our 3rd V3 razor phone since beginning our service with ATT in March of "06. All of them have horrible reception, screen goes blank in less than 6 months on each phone. We were able to get ATT to finally switch one for a Samsung D807 and my daughter loves it. Two weeks ago, my other daughter's V3 phone simply stopped functioning, covered under insurance and still cost me $50, in addition to the $4 a month, = $136.00 to replace. Now my V3 phone is not functioning. ATT will not back their product nor will motorola. ATT will not replace the phone for 2 months and only if I re-up the 2 yr agreement. After being with Cingular, Nextel and back to ATT, I can honestly say they are all running in dead last for customer service.
