Ok first of all, after you read this, you can post it as helpful, as it will be helpful. :-)

Now, I am going to start this with explaining exactly what should be included with an Aquamate shampooer kit, from factory original, including all parts.

You should have the control assembly, with the trigger, for releasing the solution, and water. The hose attached to it should be about 50 feet long, and this is what easily attaches to your faucet in your kitchen, or bath. There are other adapters that can be purchased for these, to attach to a water hose, or clothes washer outlet fitting, but they are not factory original.

You should have two wands, (plastic, or stainless steel) they should have grooves for the solution hose that runs down to the extraction head, to attach to.

You should have an extraction head, with spray nozzle, for the solution hose to attach to, and a brush, for scrubbing your carpet with, during usage.

You should have a manual, and a little faucet attachment instruction sheet.

You should also have a total of 4 attachment accessories for attaching your water supply hose to you faucet in your kitchen, or bath. One is a thin washer (with or without a screen in it) the next is a thick washer, the next is an adaptor for reducing the size of the outside threads on your attachment connection, and the last is a thick washer for this adapter.

This is absolutely everything that comes factory for these units.

There is a video tape for the E series, that is factory original, also.

All units will work with any D2A D3 (all) D4 (all) SE PE and E series, including E2 and E2 with two speed.

There is no unit ever manufactured that will not work with any E series, including the E2 and the  E2 with two speed.

The only unit that will not work with all of the above is the Aquamate two. It will ONLY work with the E series, and E2 and E2 with two speed.

The Aquamate two uses an aquarium type of water pump, that is built into the water supply tank, that you plug into your Rainbow E series or E2 vacuum, for your water supply for your Aquamate shampooer system.

These Aquamate systems, are not as dependable as the Aquamate models that attach to your faucet in your kitchen or bath, for their water supply, which make these Aquamate system, the most dependable, because of this reason.
