Any seller who tells you his racquetball racquet comes with a warranty from the manufacturer after it is purchased through Ebay is lying to you.  Even the scam that it contains a warranty card does you no good.  All warranties are based on an invoice from a AUTHORIZED DEALER.  No racquetball manufacturer has authorized any dealer for Ebay...period.  Ask yourself if it is really cheaper to buy a product with an average 1 year break rate approaching 20% without a warranty.
