I can't understand why Ebay doesn't catch on.  100% of the RESTRICTED TO PRE APPRTOVED BIDDERS listings are just a foreign scam. They request your bank info and you never hear from them again. The pictures and listing data have been lifted from some legitimate seller. I was also told that a farm tractor (supposedly in Kentucky) would be delivered free (to Arkansas) by American Airlines. All I had to do was wire my payment to Nigeria. BEWARE.
