As many of us do, I trusted this guy AFTER asking many questions BEFORE purchasing a part from him. Part showed up 3 weeks after he received payment, and it was NOT as described. I doubt it could have even been the same part. It had been obviously and slopply repaired at least 2 times,  had about 6 drilled holes in it, and repainted. This was a front fairing that was advertised to be in excellent original condition. Sameday as I received it I saw the obvious damage and e-mailed him. Took days for him to reply, then he agreed to pay me back along with my return shipping once he received it back. I imediately returned it, and he received it back on November 23, 2007 and I have NOT received a penny from him as of today. [35 days later]. He has stopped all communication, even thou E-bay dispute has entered the picture. I then did some checking into his feedback. And contacted a few of the folks that left neg. feedback. This guy has done the same exact thing to 9-10 people in the past 10-11 months. Bottom line is he waits the proper time before shipping his known damaged parts so that PayPal and E-bay do not want to get involved. Then he promises to return your funds after he gets the said part back. Then he completely stops all communications. Your out of your money, the defective part, and it's cost you more money to return it. And E-bay and PayPal will not do anything about it because it has went beyond their time limitations. I have currently contacted the Better Business Bureau in his state, and well as the local law enforcement authorities. Seems there is not much they can do unless there are more complaints. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEF AND LIAR.

UPDATE : I received 'partial' payment via the BBC of NV. on 03-14. "AFTER" having the atty. general, local fraud investigation division of the state police, and everyone else i could think of get involved. I spent more on the phone calls than the original item cost me...lol

I obviously still beleive in ethics. morals, and honesty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY !!!
