SADLY, I wasted my money on one of these steam cleaner's!

This is a design joke of the century.  The seller of this was happy to refund my money, but i had already taken it out of the USA to clean floors.  I took this on the airplane with me/paying extra--in its box exactly as it arrived at my home in Florida.  Read the instructions very well, set it up to go to work.  WELL, not only was my floor left wet-er than wet/you could see the water puddles on the floor...  the cleaning cloth would NOT STAY ON THE CHEAP PLASTIC HEAD FRAME PROVIDED... it has a draw string==NOT CLIPS/as the seller of this used as a word--ITS A DRAW STRING ONLY.  It does not take a rocket scientist to see why the "cleaning cloth" would NOT stay on!!!!!  More than 10 times i tried to tighten this string, and forget it==this would never work.  Ofcourse, gliding across the floor is impossible even if the cleaning cloth remained in place!

Please, do not waste your hard-earned money on this.  Have you also been RIPPED-OFF?

What saddened me even more.. although the seller on eBay was prompt responding to my email's of frustration, NOT ONCE could they tell me anything different than theyd SOLD THOUSANDS of this steam mop cleaner==without a single complaint.... AND USED THE WORD CLIPS/I thought my "clips" were missing/finally after that was clarified-it was in fact a draw-string!!!!!!!! 

Just the fact this seller on eBay continues selling these, and swearing there has never been a complaint after thousands of others buying this and being happy===it in my opinion is a LESS THAN AN HONEST WAY TO MAKE MONEY!  It may be best for anyone reading this to simply use more intelligence than i did before buying!!!!!  I would like to give the name of this seller, however if prudent, you will know that anyone selling this "RELIABLE" STEAMBOY T1 has surely received thousands of mails from UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS!
