You can make variations on this dessert by substituting rootbeer, mountain dew, cream soda and other toppings.

TIP:  After you make the Gelato, a good process is to place it in your FLASH FREEZER allowing for air flow.  Freeze it for 12 hours to alleviate the formation of ice crystals.
